Accel Research Sites in Woodstock, GA is seeking a Data Entry Coordinator to ensure accurate entry of patient data into EDC systems and other clinical data software, in support of multiple trials. The role emphasizes data quality and regulatory compliance.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or equivalent and at least one year of clinical data entry experience, with strong typing (40+ wpm), excellent attention to detail, and solid written and verbal communication.

Qualificações

• High School diploma or equivalent required with 1 year of clinical data entry experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and data entry software.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to comply with HIPAA regulations.

Responsabilidades

• Enter patient data into EDC and other data systems accurately and timely.
• Review medical records to ensure data quality and compliance with guidelines.
• Identify irregularities and communicate issues to the study team.
• Support other clinical research activities as needed.
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information per SOPs and regulations.
