Job summary

Alcanza Clinical Research is seeking a Data Entry Coordinator to support multiple sites in GA, ensuring accurate entry of clinical visit data into EDC and other data systems in compliance with GCP, ICH, HIPAA and SOPs.

In this role you will work with study teams to review charts, maintain data quality, and report discrepancies. Strong typing, detail orientation, and ability to manage multiple tasks are essential for success in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent and a minimum of 1 year of clinical data entry experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and typing 40+ wpm.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality per HIPAA guidelines.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Enter patient data into EDC and other data systems.
• Review patient charts to ensure accurate data entry per protocol.
• Report irregularities to study team.
• Support other clinical research activities.
• Ensure compliance with SOPs, regulations, and GCP/GDP guidelines.
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
