Qualifications

• Reliable attendance and punctuality; adhere to procedures and instructions.
• Experience working with Mac OS environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct data collection activities according to SOPs and quality standards.
• Ensure professional, customer-focused participant interactions.
• Maintain data accuracy and quality throughout the collection process.
• Follow security and confidentiality requirements when handling sensitive information.
• Troubleshoot basic software, hardware, network, and Mac OS issues.
• Document activities and incidents accurately and promptly.
