Qualifications

2+ years in data center, IT operations, hardware support, or related technical environment.
Experience with server hardware installations, maintenance and troubleshooting.
Strong rack-and-stack, structured cabling and asset tracking skills.

Responsibilities

Hardware Deployment & Installation: Unbox, stage, rack & stack servers/storage/network gear, document cabling.
Operations & Maintenance: perform inspections, upgrades, validation, testing, and lifecycle tasks.
Troubleshooting & Break/Fix: diagnose and repair server/storage hardware, escalate when needed.
Data Center Operations: monitor infra, perform daily walkthroughs, support power & cooling.
Documentation & Asset Management: keep accurate records in ticketing and asset systems.
Team Support: guide L1 technicians and assist with onboarding.
