• Balance hands-on support with lead-level coordination across metros.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day onsite security operations support across critical environments.
• Coordinate site priorities, execution needs, and operational support activities.
• Ensure work follows established workflows, procedures, and escalation expectations.
• Maintain site continuity by addressing operational issues and follow-through.
• Communicate risks and support needs to maintain execution and trust.
• Support incident response, triage, escalation, and recovery coordination.
• Document issues, troubleshooting steps, and actions taken clearly.
• Escalate complex issues when scope or resources are exceeded.
