Job summary

M.C. Dean, Inc. is seeking a Data Center Security Installation Superintendent (Superintendent 1) to lead on-site electrical security installations in Haskell, Texas. You will coordinate subcontractors, safety plans, and project schedules to ensure on-time delivery within budget.

The role requires strong leadership, CPM scheduling proficiency, and experience with access control and video management systems. Occasional travel and a flexible schedule may be required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED with 10+ years of experience.
• Open to travel and experience in security projects valued at over $500k.
• Certification in Access Control and Video Management Systems is preferred.
• CPR/First Aid and OSHA 30-hour certification are desirable.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, scheduling, and safety compliance on large data center installations.
• Manage 12+ week look-ahead schedules and 4-week look-ahead forecasts for resources and materials.
• Ensure permits, inspections, and documentation are completed on time.
• Lead on-site safety, progress meetings, and coordination with engineers for prefab plans.
