Job summary

M.C. Dean is building intelligence in West Memphis, AR, and seeks a Data Center Security Installation Project Manager to oversee onsite electronic security installations.

You will manage finances, schedule, and coordination with the general contractor and other trades to ensure on-time project delivery. The role requires travel up to 10%, a BS in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science, Math, or Physics with 7+ years experience or MS with 5+ years, and strong verbal and written

Qualifications

• Travel up to 10%.
• Extensive project management experience overseeing multiple projects.
• Experience supervising construction project managers and coordinating with general contractors and trades.

Responsibilities

• Oversee overall financial management of projects.
• Ensure on-time project completion on assigned data center security installations.
• Coordinate project kickoff meetings and forecast cash flow and manpower.
• Prepare price proposals and change orders.
• Produce monthly reports on budget, schedule, cash flow, and manpower.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and ensure safety regulations.
