Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in construction safety programs and regulations.
• Ability to read and implement NFPA, NESC, ANSI standards.
• Strong communication and coaching skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in evaluating the effectiveness of safety programs through daily field walks and log observations.
• Support project-specific corrective action plans to address safety issues.
• Provide feedback to Safety leadership on needed improvements and recognition.
• Coaching employees on safe behaviors and recognizing safe practices.
• Assist with job site-specific safety orientations for new employees.
• Assist with basic safety training (HazCom, Fall Protection, Lockout/Tag-out).
• Support incident investigations and coordination of injury/illness cases.
• Raise potential compliance risks to Safety leadership.
• Attend daily safety meetings and evaluate effectiveness and participation.
