Turner & Townsend is seeking a Construction Safety Representative to monitor on-site EHS performance for data center projects in the Midlothian, TX area. Relocation assistance is available for the right candidate, and on-site presence is required as client needs dictate.

The role emphasizes monitoring GC EHS practices, incident management, and collaboration with the safety committee to drive safety improvements across the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field; experience may substitute.
• Minimum five or more years' construction safety representative experience, data center or mission critical experience preferred.
• Minimum of 2+ years supporting safety programs and GC/subcontractor safety compliance.
• Ability to read and understand architectural drawings; MS Project and contracts knowledge helpful.

Responsabilités

• Monitor GC EHS performance and ensure compliance with practices and regulatory requirements.
• Deliver data on GC EHS performance, trends, incidents, and metrics to DC management.
• Participate in safety meetings and notices to disseminate information across site.
• Conduct daily safety tours with GC management and owner’s representative.
• Coach and advise the safety committee and assist in risk assessments.
• Support design reviews across life cycle and development of EHS plans.
