Job summary

IREN is seeking a Project Manager to provide on-site project controls and reporting for a data center delivery in Sweetwater, TX. You will work under the Project Director and Senior Project Manager to maintain schedules, cost tracking, and documentation for field trades and contracts.

The role emphasizes mastering project management disciplines, with on-site daily collaboration with construction, procurement and engineering teams, and a path toward Senior Project Manager advancement.

Qualifications

• 3–6 years in construction project engineering, coordination or controls.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
• Experience in a fast-paced growth environment with on-site work.
• OSHA 30 certification required.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Maintain schedule updates, budget tracking and cost-to-complete inputs for the building in coordination with project controls.
• Maintain accurate resource records and records of work completed; prepare weekly and monthly reports.
• Review contractor pay apps and assist procurement tracking and long-lead equipment.
• Log non-conformances, assemble handover manuals and ensure quality conformance.
• Attend project control meetings and support inductions and safety discipline.
• Coordinate trade development plans and escalate issues with leadership as needed.
• Document decisions, risks and actions clearly for project leadership.
• Contribute to continual improvements in controls, documentation and reporting.
