IREN seeks a Technical Program Manager to lead end-to-end infrastructure programs across data centers and cloud delivery. You will coordinate server hardware, networking, and facility systems to meet performance, availability, and scalability targets for cloud customers.

The role requires 7+ years in technical program management, strong infra knowledge, and experience with automation, cloud architectures, and Agile methods. On-site role in Sweetwater, TX with competitive compensation.

Qualifications

• Requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in CS/EE or a related field.
• 7+ years in technical program management, infra operations, or data centers.
• Strong knowledge of server hardware, networking, and data center systems.
• Experience with automation, cloud architectures, and internal platforms.
• Ability to read and write code for documentation or demos.
• Proven ability to manage cross-functional programs with multiple stakeholders.
• Familiar with Agile, Scrum, and related project methods.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end infrastructure programs across multiple teams.
• Translate infrastructure requirements into actionable plans.
• Partner with data center operations to ensure power and cooling reliability.
• Interface with cloud customers to communicate timelines and needs.
• Monitor uptime and proactively mitigate risks and issues.
• Provide clear updates to internal teams and customers.
• Develop detailed project plans, resources, and risk strategies.
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and scalability.
