Job summary

Insight Global in Austin, TX is seeking a Construction Logistics Coordinator for a 1 year on-site contract to support data center and critical infrastructure projects. You will coordinate material planning, shipment tracking, inventory visibility, and delivery schedules across multiple projects to keep construction on track.

The role requires strong Excel skills, collaboration with developers, general contractors, warehouse teams, and vendors, and the ability to identify and elevate material

Qualifications

Experience supporting data center, mission-critical, or infrastructure construction projects.
Strong logistics, supply chain, material planning, or construction coordination experience.
Experience coordinating CDU equipment and critical-path materials.

Responsibilities

Coordinate material planning, shipment tracking, and delivery schedules across multiple projects.
Maintain material trackers, inventory reports, shipment logs, and delivery schedules.
Collaborate with developers, general contractors, warehouse partners, vendors, and stakeholders.
Align material readiness with project milestones and construction sequencing.
