Job summary

Oracle in Nashville, TN is seeking a Customer Experience Account Specialist to own the customer experience and coordinate across multiple teams. This senior individual contributor role ensures readiness, delivery progress, and service commitments are clearly visible to customers.

In this onsite position, you will partner with Customer Success, Sales, Data Center Operations, and Engineering to align delivery with customer expectations and drive issue resolution, governance, and executive updates.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in customer experience, account management, or service delivery.
• Experience with enterprise cloud or mission-critical infrastructure.
• Strong written communication and executive reporting skills.

Responsibilities

• Own the customer experience account for assigned customers/sites or deployment programs.
• Maintain visibility into commitments, readiness, risks, issues, and escalations.
• Coordinate communications, reviews, and executive summaries with stakeholders.
• Partner across Customer Success, Sales, Ops, Engineering, and Legal to align expectations.
• Track requirements related to capacity, timing, access, security, and compliance.
