Qualifications

• 15 years of experience in construction project management.
• OR Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field AND 11 years of experience in construction project management.
• OR Master’s Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field AND 9 years of experience in construction project management.
• OR Doctorate in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field AND 7 years of experience in construction project management.

Responsibilities

• Provides strategic oversight and leadership for data center construction with colocation providers.
• Develops and maintains project schedules and budgets to meet milestones.
• Directs quality control to ensure design specs and industry standards.
• Leads risk assessment and mitigation across a project portfolio.
• Manages contracts and relationships with vendors, contractors, and suppliers.
• Guides startup and commissioning phases to ensure systems are operational.
