Job summary

Oracle Cloud Infrastructure in Nashville, TN is seeking a Senior Director, Site Readiness to own end-to-end delivery of new and retrofitted data centers. You will guide global deployment programs, manage internal and external teams, and ensure clean handoffs to operations.

In this role, you will set safety, quality, and performance metrics, report to executive leadership, and establish standardized playbooks to enable scalable, risk-managed deployment across regions.

Qualifications

• Deep experience delivering large, regulated, mission-critical construction or deployment programs.
• Strong command of schedule risk, vendor performance, and safety governance.

Responsibilities

• Lead global deployment programs for greenfield and retrofit critical facilities.
• Manage internal engineering teams, external contractors, and delivery schedules.
• Set safety, quality, and progress metrics; report to executive leadership.
• Establish standardized deployment playbooks and continuous improvement loops.
• Ensure clean handoff to operations with no latent risk.
