Insight Global is seeking a Project Director to lead delivery of mission-critical construction projects on-site in Reno, NV. The role provides strategic oversight across all project phases, ensuring safety, budget, schedule, and quality goals while maintaining strong client relationships and proactively managing risk.

The position is a 6- to 12-month contract-to-hire opportunity. Ideal candidates bring 10+ years of construction leadership, experience with mission-critical or data center

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, architecture, or engineering or related field.
• 10+ years in construction leadership.
• Mission-critical or data center projects preferred.
• Campus-scale programs preferred.
• Strong knowledge of commissioning processes, L1-L5 testing, equipment startup, and system turnover.
• Experience with project scheduling, troubleshooting, RFIs, and change order management.
