Job summary

SimVentions, Inc. seeks a Journeyman Cybersecurity Analyst for a 100% on-site role at NSWC Dahlgren, VA. You will craft RMF A&A packages, run continuous monitoring, and conduct system testing to secure cutting-edge systems.

Clear communication of DoD policies is essential, with a strong emphasis on teamwork and mission impact. The role requires an active TS/SCI clearance and DoD cyber security experience. You will work in a dynamic environment supporting combat systems with CISSP/CASP/Security+

Qualifications

• Active Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility is required.
• Two years of program-specific security engineering experience or five years general security engineering experience.
• Familiarity with DoD cybersecurity policies and communication of complex concepts.

Responsibilities

• Author DoD Cybersecurity Assessment and Authorization artifacts.
• Document systems from a cybersecurity perspective using MS Word, Excel, and Visio.
• Plan and perform vulnerability tests using ACAS and other IA tools.
• Lead ISSO duties and coordinate information security across systems.
