Responsibilities

• Handle orders and provide customer service from inquiry through dispatch and payment
• Set up and maintain customer data, delivery addresses, and special instructions
• Communicate information to customers through external platforms and portals
• Identify customer needs, resolve issues, and nurture customer relationships
• Coordinate delivery dates, stock levels, and logistics with production and logistics teams
• Manage debt collection and inform Finance about settlement dates
• Register and handle all filed claims and act as the customer's primary contact during the claim process
