Job summary

SWE P? SWEP, a global leader in heat exchange technology, is seeking a Logistics Supervisor in Tulsa, OK. This onsite role coordinates outbound logistics, packaging, and shipping to ensure high standards and timely deliveries.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years in manufacturing or warehousing, strong leadership, and solid proficiency with MS Office. Join a safety‑driven team supporting production and customer service.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in manufacturing or warehouse.
• 3 years leadership experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Direct and supervise outbound logistics operations.
• Oversee packing and preparation for shipping.
• Monitor freight forwarders for domestic and international shipments.
• Ensure trade and customs compliance.
• Drive continuous improvement and lean initiatives.
• Manage KPI safety, quality, delivery, inventory, productivity.
• Maintain clean, organized warehouse and equipment.
• Oversee forklift training and certification.
• Ensure OSHA compliance and safety culture.
• Coordinate with Production and Customer Service.
