Job summary

SWEP, part of Dover Corporation, is seeking a Customer Service professional to handle inquiries and process orders from quote to payment, while maintaining accurate customer data and records.

Based onsite in Tulsa, you will coordinate with production, logistics, and finance to ensure on-time deliveries, resolve issues, manage price changes, forecasts, and claims, and deliver excellent service. Strong MS Office skills and a service mindset are essential.
