Job summary

ManpowerGroup is seeking motivated and customer-focused Customer Service Representatives to join a San Antonio-based operations team supporting a major client. This is a long-term temporary assignment with potential for permanent conversion.

The role is onsite in San Antonio, TX, with full-time schedules including 7:00 AM–4:00 PM and 4:00 PM–1:00 AM shifts. Pay is $22.68/hour plus shift premiums where applicable, and paid training is provided.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills required.
• Customer-focused mindset with problem-solving abilities.
• Basic computer proficiency and ability to navigate multiple systems.
• Ability to work onsite in San Antonio, TX.
• Flexibility to work assigned schedules, including weekends as needed.
