Adorama's Printique team in Brooklyn is hiring for a seasonal on-site Customer Service Associate. You will respond to inquiries via phone, chat, and email, support order processing, returns, and front-desk tasks, while maintaining accurate customer records.

The role requires at least 1 year in customer service, ability to lift 50+ lbs, strong communication, and proficiency with Microsoft Office; schedule is five on-site days weekly, 40 hours, from 9:00 to 5:00 Mon-Thu and 9:00-4:00 Fri.

Competenze

Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer service or client-facing role.
Ability to lift, push or pull up to 50+ lbs.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and able to learn new systems quickly.

Mansioni

Respond to customer inquiries via phone, chat, and email, promptly and professionally.
Support order processing from start to finish with accuracy and attention to detail.
Receive, organize, and process product returns efficiently.
Assist at the front desk by greeting customers and managing in-person order pick-ups.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records in the database.
Deliver an exceptional customer experience with every interaction.
