Job summary

Fisher’s Technology, part of Loffler Companies, seeks a full-time, onsite Customer Support Specialist to work at the Micron Campus in Boise, ID. You will receive and process mail, manage document workflow, and support copy & print projects while keeping the copy center organized.

The role requires transporting mail between campus locations, preparing shipping documents, tracking items, and responding quickly and professionally to customer needs.

Qualifications

• Exceptional Customer Service and a positive attitude with a willingness to learn and apply new knowledge.
• High attention to detail and ability to follow complex, specific processes.
• Basic use and understanding of Microsoft Windows and MS Office applications.
• Able to transition efficiently between job duties and locations, in order to provide coverage where needed.

Responsibilities

• Receive, sort, and deliver mail daily.
• Prepare domestic and international shipping documents for customer shipments and large projects.
• Pick up customer mail at Post Office on a rotating weekly schedule and complete weekly mail runs to administrative locations across the Micron Campus.
• Operate copiers and printers at customer onsite locations to produce documents for personnel.
• Manage supply quantities for copiers and printers.
• Ensure deadlines are met with quality finished products.
• Maintain a clean and organized copy center.
• Travel between multiple sites throughout the day as necessary.
• Process interoffice mail and track accountable items.
• Respond quickly and professionally to customer needs.
