Job summary

Stellar Industrial Supply seeks an organized on-site Site Support Representative to act as the primary customer service contact at assigned locations. You will respond to inquiries, coordinate with internal teams, and ensure timely, accurate support for customers.

The role involves entering quotes and orders into Prophet 21, monitoring inventory levels, and collaborating with Account Managers and Operations to resolve issues. Travel between Hamilton and Sedro-Woolley facilities may be required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Two to three years of customer service, warehouse operations, industrial distribution, or related experience preferred.
• Experience supporting customers in on-site, industrial, warehouse, or manufacturing environments preferred.
• Experience using ERP systems, preferably Prophet 21 (P21), is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary on-site point of contact for customer inquiries regarding orders, deliveries, products, and service requests.
• Enter quotes, orders, and customer information into the Prophet 21 (P21) ERP system.
• Monitor customer-specific inventory levels, Min/Max quantities, and safety stock requirements.
• Coordinate information and resources across internal teams to address customer requests promptly.
