Job summary

Stellar Industrial Supply seeks a Site Support Representative to act as the on-site customer service resource at assigned customer locations, delivering exceptional service while supporting daily operations and inventory management.

The role requires regular local travel with a company vehicle, collaboration across multiple Stellar teams, and adherence to customer policies and safety requirements to ensure accurate, timely support.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Two to three years of customer service, warehouse operations, industrial distribution, or related experience preferred.
• Experience in on-site, industrial, warehouse, or manufacturing environments preferred.
• Experience using ERP systems, preferably Prophet 21 (P21).
• Strong communication, organizational and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary on-site point of contact for customer inquiries regarding orders, deliveries, products, and service requests.
• Enter quotes, orders, and customer information into the Prophet 21 (P21) ERP system.
• Monitor customer-specific inventory levels and support vending operations and other automated inventory management solutions.
• Collaborate with Account Managers, Customer Experience, Solutions, Operations and other departments to resolve issues and ensure timely, accurate service.
• Maintain compliance with customer-specific policies, safety requirements, and site access credentials.
