Talent Edge Recruiting partners with a health & wellness manufacturer in Leesburg, FL to hire a Customer Success Manager who will be the primary liaison between customers, vendors, and internal teams. This onsite role focuses on relationship-building, project coordination, and driving growth while ensuring customer satisfaction.

You’ll collaborate with R&D, operations, and leadership to launch products, manage timelines, and expand account opportunities.

Qualifications

• 1-5+ years of experience in Account Management, Customer Success, Business Development, Sales, Client Services, or Project Coordination
• Experience in health & wellness, nutraceuticals, supplements, manufacturing, consumer products is desirable
• Strong customer-facing and relationship-building experience
• Experience supporting projects, accounts, or product rollouts is highly desirable

Responsibilities

• Serve as the day-to-day point of contact for customer accounts and key vendor relationships
• Coordinate product launches and customer projects from concept through completion
• Partner with R&D, operations, production, and leadership teams
• Manage timelines, updates, quotes, cost sheets, and communications
• Handle customer calls, meetings, tastings, and rollout discussions
• Track milestones and ensure deliverables stay on schedule
• Build long-term customer relationships that drive repeat business and growth
• Attend trade shows and industry events as needed
• Become a trusted advisor to clients and expand account opportunities
