You will handle inquiries by phone and email, prepare quotes, process orders, manage shipping quotes, and collaborate with production and sales teams to identify customer needs and provide solutions.

Qualifications

• Previous office or administrative experience required.
• Strong customer service and phone communication skills.
• Prior customer coordination experience strongly preferred.
• Ability to multitask and work effectively with customers, sales teams, and production personnel.
• Strong basic math and Excel skills required.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers by phone and email, providing exceptional customer service.
• Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with customers and sales representatives to identify needs and provide solutions.
• Prepare customer quotations and enter orders accurately into the system.
• Initiate production work orders and maintain supporting documentation.
• Monitor finished goods inventory levels and assist with inventory reporting.
• Obtain shipping quotes and communicate freight rates to customers.
• Calculate billing and invoicing information, including shipping charges.
• Process return authorizations and related documentation.
• Support administrative and operational functions as needed.
