Job summary

This role owns demand planning for assigned customers and product lines, partnering with Sales, Customer Service, Product Management, Operations, and Manufacturing to improve forecast accuracy and inventory health.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field is required.
• Five+ years of experience in demand planning, supply chain, or related manufacturing roles.
• Experience with ERP, CRM, and analytics tools is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain rolling demand forecasts for assigned customers and product lines.
• Lead the demand-planning cadence with cross-functional teams.
• Align demand, inventory, and production capacity with Sales, Operations, and Manufacturing.
• Analyze forecast accuracy and identify root causes for improvement.
• Communicate demand changes and supply risks to stakeholders and customers as needed.
• Support account-management with demand visibility and escalation resolution.
• Maintain dashboards and data quality for planning processes.
• Prepare data-driven updates for leadership on forecast performance and risks.
• Participate in NPI and phase-in/phase-out planning to align demand and supply.
