Job summary

Concordance Healthcare Solutions, LLC is hiring a full-time On-Site Customer Service Specialist in Cincinnati, OH. You’ll provide face-to-face service for the VA Medical Facility, verify orders, answer questions, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure exceptional customer satisfaction.

The role follows a 7:30am-4:00pm, Monday–Friday schedule, with occasional travel to Dayton VA. Ideal candidates have strong communication, detail orientation, and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous customer service and/or distribution experience preferred.
• Strong computer skills with Excel and Word; learn internal VAI system.

Responsibilities

• Receives, processes and verifies orders from customers.
• Answers questions on pricing, status, damaged product and more.
• Initiates actions for order changes and communicates with departments.
• Tracks backorders and updates relevant parties.
• Resolves product or service problems.
• Uses product knowledge to assist customers in selecting items.
• Recommends substitutes based on needs and availability.
• Acts as liaison between customer and company personnel.
• Assists with maintaining financial accounts via customer adjustments.
• Contributes to standards, policies and procedures for customer service.
• Assists VA facility in identifying core supply list.
• Guides on allocated products and other duties as assigned.
