Job summary

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact via phone and email.
• Provide information about products, pricing, orders, billing, returns and credits.
• Troubleshoot and resolve product issues.
• Document and update customer records.
• Coordinate with Shipping, Production, Purchasing, and Technical Service.
• Support the sales force and assist distributors.
• Maintain a knowledge base of products and services.
• Ensure distributor orders are accurate and processed promptly.
