Formación

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 18 years of age or older.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to stay engaged on the phone with minimal distractions.
• Proficient with computers and managing multiple windows/tabs while delivering quality service.
• Background check and drug screen required.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers via phone.
• Process credit card payments and handle payment-related inquiries.
