Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of customer service experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience managing customer orders and inquiries in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work onsite in Plymouth, MN or Van Wert, OH.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers via phone, email, and portals.
• Manage customer orders from entry through fulfillment, ensuring accuracy and on-time processing.
• Collaborate with Sales Account Managers, Plant Personnel, and CS team to support customers.
• Use ERP, CRM, pricing systems, internal portals, and EDI tools to research inquiries and provide solutions.
• Support escalations by partnering with management to resolve issues and drive improvement.
• Act as the voice of the customer, identifying concerns and recommending improvements.
