Job summary

Dynamic Dies in Holland, OH is seeking a full-time Customer Service Rep to enter orders, generate quotes, and serve as the daily voice of the company for a valued group of customers. This manufacturing role emphasizes accuracy, teamwork, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Prior experience in customer service in manufacturing is preferred, with strong Excel/Outlook/SharePoint skills.

Qualifications

• 3 years Customer Service experience in a manufacturing environment or problem-solving environment.
• Excellent communication skills both verbally and written.
• Strong computer skills including Excel, Outlook and Sharepoint.
• Good attention to detail.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
• Good mathematical skills.

Responsibilities

• Enter orders for assigned customers and generate quotes for customers.
• Respond to customer emails and requests in a helpful, timely manner.
• Be the contact for any issues or concerns from customers as well as issues from production.
• Ensure all information needed for production is complete for each order.
• Manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
