Job summary

Optum in Everett, WA is seeking a Customer Service Manager to lead support teams and ensure SLA targets are met. This full-time onsite role partners with multiple departments to drive process improvements and delivers coaching to supervisors and team leads.

Hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm PST, with occasional overtime. Training will align with your schedule, and a comprehensive benefits package, equity stock purchase and 401k contributions are offered.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent work experience.
• 2+ years of customer service experience in a receptionist/PSR role.
• 1+ years of leadership/ Supervisory role.
• Ability to travel up to 30% within local markets (Everett, Arlington, Edmonds, Seattle).
• Ability to work full-time, Monday–Friday, with 8-hour shifts 8:00 am–5:00 pm PST.

Responsibilities

• Lead teams and supervisors to meet SLAs and MBOs.
• Collaborate with departments to drive process improvements and cost reduction.
• Groom and develop new managers, supervisors, and team leads.
• Drive employee engagement and coach performance.
• Ensure QA and governance across processes and adherence to policies.
