The role focuses on handling customer inquiries, maintaining inventory records, and processing shipments, with strong emphasis on accuracy and timely information. The ideal candidate will have prior admin or customer-service experience, proficiency with Microsoft Office, and solid organizational abilities to manage data across multiple systems

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or administrative support.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Strong organizational and data-entry skills.
• Detail-oriented with accurate record keeping.

Responsabilités

• Provide accurate information on production schedules, inventory, and shipments.
• Maintain inventory records and resolve discrepancies.
• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and other channels.
• Enter and update customer, inventory, and shipment data in company systems.
• Coordinate with internal departments to resolve customer issues.
• Prepare and maintain administrative reports and documentation.
• Identify potential inventory or shipment problems and communicate.
