Job summary

Loss Prevention Services in Plano, TX is hiring full-time Customer Service Representatives for on-site, first shift (8:00am–5:00pm). These 8-hour, five-day weeks require strong English communication, data entry and office software skills, and a professional, team-oriented attitude.

This is an in-office position with weekly pay, PTO, holidays and medical/dental/vision coverage. Candidates should be able to prioritize, multitask and follow up with clients and field staff by phone and email,

Qualifications

• Prior customer service experience preferred.
• Data entry experience and basic MS Office knowledge.
• Strong written and verbal English communication; bilingual a plus.
• Able to multitask and prioritize in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Entering and updating information into databases.
• Verifying information from clients and field staff.
• Following up with clients and field staff by telephone and email.
• Providing accurate and timely information regarding our services.
