Job summary

Airbus Helicopters is seeking a Professional-level Logistics/Customer Support specialist in the United States to optimize order fulfillment and service delivery. You will coordinate complex orders, interact with customers daily, and collaborate with procurement, logistics, and AOG teams to ensure timely resolution.

The role emphasizes problem solving, data accuracy, and strong communication in a fast-paced aerospace environment, with onsite work at 90–100% and travel up to 10%.

Qualifications

• Minimum five (5) years’ experience in logistics, technical, or customer support areas.
• Or a minimum of one (3) year experience at Airbus in a position working with aviation parts.
• High school diploma or equivalent; associates degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide end-to-end resolution of complex orders and customer concerns.
• Manage complex orders with high accuracy (tool rentals, exchanges, component rentals, PBH orders).
• Initiate GSC orders to support return to service; interface with procurement to expedite orders.
• Provide customer quotations with a high level of accuracy.
• Sell/promote items from promotional programs and identify additional sales opportunities.
• Locate and track logistics details for customer updates on returns to service.
• Create internal cases in Salesforce for expedited order logistics and communication.
• Build strong rapport with customers and seek ways to improve service and sales.
