Responsibilities

• Place reminders and follow up with customers.
• Process invoices, deposits, and payments; send statements.
• Handle customer requests and complaints promptly and professionally.
• Place and track sales orders for delivery or pickup.
• Conduct outbound calls to existing customers for service reminders.
• Coordinate with departments to test water samples and share results.
• Support month-end activities and assist with general duties.
