Job summary

Postal Palm Springs is seeking a Customer Experience Professional for an onsite, part-time role in Palm Springs, CA. You will be the main point of contact for customers, helping with questions, resolving concerns, and ensuring a welcoming environment.

You’ll perform general administrative tasks, handle shipping duties, and use our shipping and POS software to assist customers while maintaining accuracy and professionalism throughout every interaction.

Responsibilities

• Provide great customer service and assist with general admin tasks like sorting, stocking, cleaning and preparing packages.
• Assist customers, answer questions and resolve inquiries quickly.
• Manage inventory of shipping and mail supplies and use shipping software.
• Operate POS system and handle payments for services.
• Greet customers and maintain a clean, organized store area.
• Collaborate with team members to support efficient service and workflow.
• Follow procedures and protect customer data and confidentiality.
