Market Value Southwest in Houston is seeking a dependable Customer Success Assistant to support in-person customer engagement, explain available products and services, and ensure clients receive clear information throughout their experience.

The ideal candidate is organized, friendly, and attentive to customer needs, able to coordinate follow-up activities, and assist with preparing materials for presentations and events that strengthen relationships with new and existing customers.

• Experience in customer service or hospitality is preferred but not required.
