Job summary

Nellis Auction is seeking an Onsite Customer Service Representative to be the primary contact during onsite pickups. You will bridge warehouse operations and customer service, resolving issues in real time and ensuring accurate order fulfillment.

The role requires strong judgment, problem-solving, and cross-functional collaboration to support efficiency and customer satisfaction in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience.
• Experience resolving conflicts and de-escalating situations.
• Experience coaching, training, or auditing team performance.
• Familiarity with warehouse operations and check-in/load-out processes preferred

Responsibilities

• Serve as onsite primary escalation point for customer inquiries during pickup operations.
• Coordinate with offsite Customer Service teams for seamless communication and ticket resolution.
• Verify customer orders prior to load-out to prevent missing-item issues.
• Proactively engage first-time customers to set expectations and policies.
• Conduct daily service audits and provide real-time coaching on standards.
• Manage and track stash inventory and ensure accurate documentation.
• Process customer returns per company policy with proper documentation.
• Support warehouse operations including safety, traffic flow, and load-out processes.
• Provide operational support to Area Manager or Returns team for 1–2 hours daily.
• Identify recurring issues and escalate trends for continuous improvements.
