Homeland Safety Systems is seeking a professional Customer Service Representative to be the first point of contact for customers, visitors, vendors, and team members at our Shreveport, LA location. You will manage calls, service work orders, and maintain accurate records to ensure smooth interdepartmental communication.

The ideal candidate offers strong communication, exceptional organization, and the ability to stay calm under pressure while providing excellent customer service.

Formación

• Strong communication skills, both phone and written.
• Excellent organization, multitasking, and attention to detail.
• Ability to stay calm and solve problems with frustrated callers.
• Experience with scheduling software and CRM systems.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Responsabilidades

• Greet and assist customers, visitors, and employees with a professional, friendly approach.
• Handle a high volume of incoming calls while staying organized.
• Follow up with customers by phone and email to confirm service completion and gather feedback.
• Create, update, and close out service work orders.
• Track open work orders and communicate status updates and escalations to the right people.
• Prepare recurring service reports and internal updates for operations and management.
• Support admin tasks like filing, data entry, and document prep.
• Follow security protocols and handle sensitive information with discretion.
