This full-time onsite role offers a swing shift: Monday–Friday from 12pm/1pm to 8pm/9pm, with starting pay of $18/hour plus benefits including medical coverage, retirement matching, PTO, and more.

Qualifications

• Experience in a sales support or customer service role.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary phone contact for customers seeking information about products and services.
• Process sales orders and ensure pricing and product descriptions are accurate.
• Resolve customer issues over the phone in a professional and efficient manner.
• Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth order fulfillment and timely delivery.
• Prepare quotations or proposals for potential customers.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and transactions.
• Provide administrative support to the sales team, including reports and CRM updates.
