Wayne Alarm Systems is seeking a dependable Customer Account & Data Entry Specialist to support our Monitoring Center operations in Lynn, MA. This full-time, on-site role emphasizes accuracy, organization, and collaborative teamwork within a fast-paced environment.

You will create and manage customer accounts, enter data into monitoring software, handle changes, and ensure confidentiality while supporting multiple departments and priority shifts.

Responsibilities

• Create and enter new customer and alarm accounts.
• Enter, update, and maintain accurate customer and account information in our monitoring software.
• Process account changes and cancellations.
• Respond to database update requests and follow established procedures.
• Work with Sales, alarm dealers, and other departments to obtain or clarify information.
• Manage multiple requests and changing priorities during higher-volume periods.
• Complete account clean-up assignments and other database projects as needed.
• Learn and become comfortable working within new monitoring software.
• Protect confidential customer and company information.
