WAYNE ALARM SYSTEMS is seeking experienced Call Center Operators for our Monitoring Center in Lynn, MA. The role involves ensuring the life and safety of customers by responding to various alarms and dispatching appropriate authorities efficiently.

You will be responsible for monitoring data, assisting with testing alarm systems, and communicating effectively with clients and emergency services. This position requires multitasking, stress management, and strong judgment skills.

The pay ranges from $18.00 to $22.00 hourly with flexible scheduling on weekdays, weekends, and holidays.

Formación

• Experience in handling emergency situations effectively.
• Ability to monitor alarms and respond to emergencies.
