Job summary

Reprotech, LLC is seeking a Cryostorage Specialist for onsite duties at our U.S. facilities. The role involves managing long-term storage of reproductive tissues, inventory control, shipping coordination, and maintaining storage systems under regulatory guidelines.

You will work closely with the Biorepository Director and team to ensure accurate handling and documentation. Responsibilities include tank maintenance, inventory reviews, shipments, and on-call coverage.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a science-related field required or equivalent laboratory/repository experience.
• Experience in reproductive medical field or health sciences preferred.
• Ability to communicate with clinics and patients professionally.
• Able to perform on-call responsibilities as required.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail required.

Responsibilities

• Enter new and return inventory into the inventory system.
• Review electronic files for testing and forms required for specimen storage.
• Answer phone inquiries when needed.
• Coordinate shipment scheduling with Administrative Specialists.
• Pack shipping tanks and document transfer verification.
• Perform pickup and deliveries of specimens and monitor storage tanks.
