ManpowerGroup's Experis unit is seeking a Crude Marine Scheduler to coordinate marine logistics, crude movements and vessel schedules in Spring, TX. This 100% onsite role supports commercial operations and requires sharp analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years in hydrocarbon scheduling or voyage operations, a Bachelor's degree, and familiarity with Veson or similar systems. SAP/Endur experience is preferred.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree or higher required.
• Minimum 3 years of commercial oil and gas experience in hydrocarbon scheduling, voyage operations, chartering, or trade settlements.
• Knowledge of crude oil logistics and maritime industry.
• Strong analytical, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Onsite work availability and after-hours support.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate crude oil movements, vessel schedules, and marine logistics operations.
• Manage vessel chartering, voyage operations, and commercial agreements.
• Monitor vessel movements, freight costs, demurrage, oil losses, and inventory levels.
• Prepare cargo nominations, voyage orders, and shipping documentation.
• Collaborate with traders, refineries, vessel owners, brokers, and other stakeholders.
• Maintain accurate voyage and accounting records using systems such as Veson.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and maritime regulations.
• Support after-hours operational issues as needed.
