Responsibilities

• Monitor accounts receivable aging reports and contact customers with past-due balances.
• Assist with payment arrangements and escalate as needed.
• Review credit applications and provide credit limit recommendations.
• Review accounts and release orders on hold as appropriate.
• Place holds or release holds based on payment status and risk.
• Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies with internal teams.
• Maintain accurate records of collection activity in ERP/CRM system.
• Prepare reports on delinquent accounts and cash flow.
