Job summary

Horizon Hobby in Champaign, IL is seeking an Affiliate Marketing Specialist to manage the day-to-day execution, growth, and optimization of our affiliate programs. Reporting to the Director of Digital Marketing, you will oversee affiliate operations, nurture partnerships, coordinate product launches and campaigns.

You will collaborate with affiliates, creators, and internal teams to amplify content across Horizon Hobby’s channels.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in marketing or related field.
• 2–4 years in affiliate, influencer or performance marketing preferred.
• Experience with major affiliate platforms is a plus.
• Strong understanding of digital and social media marketing.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day execution and health of affiliate programs.
• Build relationships with affiliate partners and support campaigns.
• Recruit and develop new affiliates and creators.
• Coordinate product launches and affiliate materials.
• Monitor performance and report insights to improve growth.
• Identify opportunities to expand the affiliate channel.
• Stay current on affiliate marketing trends and tools.
