Clark Construction Group seeks a Manager, Creative Design to lead brand-forward visuals for proposals, presentations, and market materials, aligning creative output with business goals. This is an onsite role supporting national pursuits and regional teams.

You will direct the design team, develop data visualizations, and ensure consistency with Clark's standards across projects, with potential travel to sites and offices as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in graphic design or related field with professional experience.
• 7+ years in creative design or visual communications; 2+ years in AEC preferred.
• Expert-level Adobe Creative Suite for professional document design and layout.
• Portfolio demonstrating brand stewardship, clean aesthetics, and high-stakes presentations.

Responsabilités

• Lead the creative process for high‑impact proposals and interview presentations.
• Maintain brand standards across all design collateral and materials.
• Partner with pursuit teams, marketing, and operations for design guidance.
• Implement workflow best practices for file management and asset libraries.
• Create graphics, interactive media, and data visuals to differentiate Clark.
• Manage workloads, provide feedback, and mentor the design team.
